A few weeks ago, Sean and I went on our traditional trek to NC with my parents to pick some apples.
Having been raised in South Florida, where it’s always Summer, all things Fall are my fav. Floridians just pick oranges all year (probably). Here in the South, we get APPLES!
Typically, honestly, this is just my opportunity to get some cute fall pictures, and maybe grab some apples on the way.
This time, however, I had a purpose! Momma and I wanted to make a yummy Apple Strudel the next day (I’ll post about that recipe in the near future because ohmygoodness it was delicious).
I promised everyone I’d only take a few pictures right at the beginning, and then we could actually focus on enjoying the day. I think that was a fair trade, you know?
What are some traditions you and your family keep to celebrate the start of Fall?
